Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a mystic and a lover.

My deepest desire in life is to help as many people as possible open up to love, to receive love, and to experience love in all its forms.

We’re living in a world that’s filled with mediocrity, building walls instead of bridges, closing off and never allowing ourselves to get a taste of what it’s like on the other side for fear of getting hurt; to have a real conversation, to be truly vulnerable, to see someone and let ourselves be seen by someone.

I grew up in an environment that didn’t provide much love; fear, anger, and scarcity were everywhere around me and speaking my truth was never an option. Having lived like this for most of my life, my soul was finally exhausted and my heart deeply bruised. I decided to take responsibility for my life, end my suffering, and own my truth. Now I get to share this with the world in little corners of the internet, and I sincerely hope it lands where someone needs it most.

I am inspired by my own life and the lives of many others who made different choices, to own our stories, our pain, and to decide to show up and make better decisions. To connect, to share, to love, to say “This is really hard, I’m here, and I love you”.

This is what I’m here to create more of for myself, and anyone willing to walk this path with me.
